Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. The return label cost will be charged to the original payment method. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Seller offers free returns. For exchanges that were not due to the error of Chatelet Manufacturing, the exchange shipping costs will be calculated within the Returns Portal.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days of the product being received at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
