With notes of caramel, honey and toffee this blend is smooth and creamy and while can be used any way you prefer, we think it’s excellent served as espresso. Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: We accept returns exclusively for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team.

Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product as any damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be discarded.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
