• United States delivery time: 3-6 days
• Canada delivery time: 7-10 days

Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $150

European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: We accept returns exclusively for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team.

Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product as any damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be discarded.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
