Coffees in Ethiopia are typically grown on very small plots of land by farmers who also grow other crops. The majority of smallholders will deliver their coffee in cherry to a nearby washing station or central processing unit, where their coffee will be sorted, weighed, and paid for or given a receipt. Coffee is then processed by the washing station and dried on raised beds. This bean is known for its vibrant fruity flavor and is a personal favorite of our lead roaster.

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Returns: We accept returns exclusively for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team.

Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product as any damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be discarded.
