Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Products must be in the original, unopened, and unused condition. We do not refund original shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs for returns that were not due to any issues by Cheryl Kelly & Co. We also accept returns for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged/incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team.
Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges.
Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product as any damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be discarded. Return costs are only applied for returns that were requested within 30 days and due to no error by Cheryl Kelly & Co.
