Directions for Use: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting. Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, or anything flammable. Always stay within sight of a burning candle. Allow the wax to pool to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn each time. Limit each burning session to a maximum of 4 hours.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement.
