*UPF (Ultra Violet Protection Factor) ratings are used to tell how well a fabric can protect your skin from solar radiation. Our garments are rated 50+ UPF which blocks 98% of the sun’s UV rays.

Our rash guards are meant to be worn skin tight and sized accordingly, for a looser fit select a size or two larger than normally worn.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. Canada/Mexico delivery time: Does not ship to Canada/Mexico
International delivery time: Does not ship internationally

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 10 days of delivery. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: Returns must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. Products must be in the original, unopened, and unused condition. The Seller does not refund original shipping costs and does not pay for return shipping costs for returns that were not due to any issues by Jobbeedu. Please use the Return Portal to start the approval process.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 10 days of the delivery. The replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return costs are only applied for returns and exchanges that were due to no error by Jobbeedu.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
