What is your return policy?
Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 7 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Due to the nature and weight of these products, please reach out to us at support@apollolanding.com to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 7 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as custom builds or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
