Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 60 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: You have up to 60 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 60 days of the order. The return label cost will be charged to the original payment method. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: The return costs are deducted from the refund amount for standard returns while the exchange costs are charged to the original payment method.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
