Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: The return costs are deducted from the refund amount for standard returns.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In 2025, we’re celebrating a big milestone—ArtResin’s 10-year anniversary! What started as a simple idea has grown into a global brand trusted by artists, crafters, and makers around the world.

In the early 2010s, Canadian artists David and Rebecca Zak loved the sleek, modern look of resin in their artwork, but they didn’t love the resin itself—the only options at the time were harsh, industrial formulas that gave them headaches and ruined their work. After testing resins from all over the world, only to be disappointed time and again, they partnered with Texas-based epoxy resin manufacturers Ali Mutlu and Whitney Wheaton to create their own.

The result was a resin like no other: crystal clear, safe, and easy to use. In March 2015, ArtResin hit the market as the first of its kind, paving the way for resin artists around the world to bring their ideas to life!
