Average shipping costs: $7 flat shipping for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item in the U.S. For Canada and Mexico, $18 flat shipping for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

What is your return policy?
Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com immediately. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.
Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
Return costs: Seller charges a 15% restocking fee for all approved returns
Handling fee: Seller currently charges a $4 handling fee
Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days of the product being received at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
