Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of the order. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of purchase to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the return in our Returns Portal. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of the order. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping fees for the replacement product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Seller offers free returns for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. For returns or exchanges that were not due to the error of Homestead Brand, the return and exchange shipping costs will be calculated within the Returns Portal.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days of the product being received at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
