DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: You have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement.
