Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship the original item back to the Seller, but the Seller ships a new product for free. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 14 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement.
