We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

We stand by our products and offer a warranty against material and manufacturing defects. You have up to 2 years from the time of delivery to request a free return. If you have any issues with your tool, please contact us for troubleshooting help, replacement, or refund. Products must have been used as intended and cannot show signs of physical abuse. Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the product and place a new order for a replacement.
