Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: You have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement.
