Our Vermicelli glass noodles, made from sweet potatoes, are convenient to make in their own included cup – just add hot water. They are low glycemic index and compatible with Paleo and other moderated-carbohydrate diets, but mostly you won't believe how delicious they are.
Most ramen soups are made from wheat noodles or rice noodles, but we wanted noodles that would rehydrate without being cooked on a stove and are still 100% gluten- and grain-free. We also wanted to create something very new, yet very traditional.
Vegan Enchilada Soup:
The traditional enchilada soup uses chicken, lots of cheese and also garlic and onion. We created a version that is fully vegan, dairy free and also garlic and onion free (allium free) and tastes amazing! For some people garlic and onion is hard to digest and must be avoided on a LowFod Map diet.
We are using garbanzos to add protein as well as tons of veggies like tomatoes, spinach and pumpkin. Chipotle peppers, cumin and paprika.

1. Sweet Potato Vermicelli Glass Noodles
We created these tasty sweet potato glass noodles based on a recipe for traditional Korean starch noodles called Japchae. They are unbelievably delicious for such a nutritious food, you’d never guess they are low-glycemic index, grain-free, gluten-free, and compatible with Paleo and low-carb diets. These noodles were created to maintain quality and taste while being rehydrated using only hot water; no pots or pans are necessary!
2. No Processed Meat Alternatives Or Soy
It's very common for vegan meals, especially packaged ones, to use soy-based vegan meat alternatives in place of real meats as a protein. Soy-based meats often contain chemicals that are similar to estrogen, so eating too much soy can be unhealthy for women. It is also one of the most common food allergens. Our vegan soups are 100% soy-free, so even vegans with soy allergies can enjoy this delicious and filling snack!
3. Adapted From Traditional and Familiar Recipes
Our vegan friends shouldn’t have to forget their favorite food ever existed because they stopped eating meat! We made our best attempt at making vegan-friendly versions of popular recipes like enchilada soup and minestrone. We created these soups inspired by this recipe.

About the Seller
Our Story

Growing up in the Czech Republic meant growing up with a close connection to food for young Zora. This wasn’t just because at the time there was little-to-no access to processed and pre-packaged foods, but also because Zora is the granddaughter of farmers! Both her maternal and paternal grandparents lived on farms complete with abundant gardens and small livestock as they were easy to keep. She and her brother spent many summers working hard harvesting the orchards, weeding the gardens, and mucking behind the animals.
When it was time to learn to cook, Zora was taught to walk out to the garden, gather the ingredients needed for your meal and begin prepping. There was no concept of running to the store to grab something quickly, it was all home-made, start to finish. This way of living has stuck with Zora and it’s what helped inspire our very first products: the BBQ Beef, Parmesan Beef, and the Chili Beef bar.
In 2012, Zora, Josh, their son Adrian and daughter Abby landed in Fort Collins after 10 years of living abroad in incredible places like Czech Republic, Poland, and Cambridge. It wasn't until they arrived in Fort Collins, CO that they were introduced to American “healthy snacks” for their long family hikes.
Zora quickly realized that these bars were all low protein, high sugar and she wanted something better for her and her family and soon she started making the infamous Meat & Veggie Bars. In 2015 Zora introduced the bars to the public at the farmers market near her house and the rest is history…
