European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 15 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Due to the nature and weight of these products, please reach out to us at support@apollolanding.com to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 15 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
