DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. Group 3: Assembled in the USA: These products contain a higher percentage of imported ingredients and components, but the final product and assembly was produced on American soil.

United States delivery time: 1-2 weeks
Canada/Mexico delivery time: 2-3 weeks
International delivery time: Does not ship internationally

Average shipping costs: $10 flat shipping for U.S. & $25 flat shipping for Canada/Mexico

Free Shipping: Does not offer free shipping

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com to return the product and receive a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Products must be in the original, unopened, and unused condition. We do not refund original shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs for returns that were not due to any issues by Goodnighties. Please use the Return Portal to start the approval process.

Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges. Rather, please return the original product and place an order for a new one. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return costs are only applied for returns that were requested within 30 days and due to no error by Goodnighties.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee, only the return shipping label fee for products being returned due to no error by Goodnighties.

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About the Seller

Goodnighties, Inc. is a woman-owned U.S. manufacturing company of women's and men's sleepwear and accessories.

Goodnighties was founded in 2008 by Marcia and David Bacon in Alabama.

In 2008, Marcia’s husband David Bacon (an experienced performance sports apparel manufacturer) brought to Marcia’s attention a new fabric for her to try after tossing and turning and going from hot to cold night after night. It was his thought from working with moisture wicking technical fabric, that it just might be beneficial to Marcia as she was going through body temp fluctuations. As a result, Marcia was no longer sweating at night which allowed her to sleep better and wake up rested and refreshed. Together, Marcia and David worked to develop a superior light-weight and cozy fabric with 4-way stretch.

After working hard to finalize the product, the Bacons created Goodnighties in 2010!

In 2019, Goodnighties was sold to another U.S. manufacturer based in Pennsylvania, A. Rifkin Co.

Founded in 1892, A. Rifkin Co. is a 5th generation, family-owned manufacturer of high quality sewn goods. Rifkin specializes in security and multi-use reusable fabric lock bag systems and related products, and also has a line of contract sewn goods ranging from home goods, industrial items, apparel, and more. Located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, they are the US leader in reusable fabric security bank bags for the banking industry.
