- United States delivery time: 3-7 business days & 2-3 weeks for personalized items
- Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: Does not ship to these locations
- Canada/Mexico delivery time: Does not ship to these locations

Average shipping costs: $10 flat shipping + $3 for each additional item
Free Shipping: Does not offer free shipping
European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union
Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 7 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Due to the nature and weight of these products, please reach out to us at support@apollolanding.com to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 7 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as custom builds or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Due to the nature and weight of these products, please reach out to us at support@apollolanding.com to initiate the process.
Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
Return costs: Customer is in charge of standard return costs
Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee
Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
