DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 7 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 15 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 15 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Seller offers free returns. Customer is in charge of return costs for exchanges

US Standard Apparel was founded in 2018 by Sean Sassounian and Jakob Deitell.  When they met, Sean had been operating SAS Textiles for close to 30 years as the premier knitter on the West Coast, supplying fabric to Amiri, John Ellliott, YEEZY and many other premium US-produced apparel companies. While Jakob had been managing production for multiple brands in the same sphere and, consequently, purchasing fabric from SAS. The idea to become partners and form an apparel company occurred organically, as a reaction to the rapidly growing domestic apparel manufacturing market.

ECO-CYCLE

US STANDARD APPAREL’s ECOCYCLE® Program is produced using ECOCYCLE® yarn: 50% recycled, 50% BCI (Better Cotton Initiative), 100% cotton yarn from premium Spanish mill Belda Lloréns. 
US STANDARD APPAREL offers a full range of 100% ECOCYCLE® cotton tees, hoodies, crewnecks, sweatpants and sweatshorts that are produced entirely in-house in Los Angeles. Thus far, most recycled cotton products have been notable because they’re recycled. ECOCYCLE® is an amazing product...that happens to be recycled.

Production

Today, many of the largest brands in the industry utilize ECOCYCLE blanks or, for companies that require more specific fabric & construction details, USSA Private Label programs. All knitting, cutting & sewing, print, embroidery and finishing are all done in-house in Vernon, CA. USSA is one of the only vertically integrated apparel widgets in the United States.
