Instructions:

Prep: Add grounds to filter based on desired coffee strength (~3.5 tbsp per 8 oz). Have a second dish or cup nearby to catch overflow.

Bloom: Slowly pour hot water to saturate grounds, creating a blooming effect.

Pour: Continue pouring in circular motion.

Enjoy: Savor your freshly brewed coffee!

Cleaning your pour over:

Rinse filter after each use. Deep clean filter when drip speed slows. We recommend CAFIZA Espresso Machine Cleaning Powder. Alternatively, soak in white vinegar and boil in water. Filter is dishwasher-friendly.

Wood can be wiped with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship the original item back to the Seller, but the Seller ships a new product for free. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. Upon submitting the return request, we will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
